Mokganyetsi Sithole is a versatile and accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the education, mining, and transportation industries. She is a highly qualified and educated individual, holding multiple degrees and certificates, including an MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Stellenbosch. Her directorship and board experience, including positions at Nkwe Platinum and Gibela Rail Transport Consortium, have equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions as a director.
She is highly experienced education management professional and successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has a passion for people development and has established herself as a strong leader, having founded the Techno Girl Trust that won multiple awards. Violet has a strong educational background and has held directorships in various organisations, providing her with valuable insights into governance and the responsibilities of a director.
Achievements
She has a versatile and experienced education management professional with 26 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She is a founding director of Uweso Consulting, a specialist monitoring and evaluation consultancy, and a founding shareholder of Genorah Resources, an emerging black mining company with controlling equity in Nkwe Platinum, which was listed on the ASX.
Additionally, she is a board member and chairperson of the Human and Remuneration Committee at Gibela Rail Transport Consortium, responsible for manufacturing 600 passenger trains for PRASA. In 1995, as one of the first district directors in the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE), she played a leading role in establishing the department. She also established the MultiChoice Africa Foundation in 1998, which focused on corporate social investments such as ICT in education, film entrepreneurship development, and finalization of BEE codes for the ICT sector.
M&E Experience
In addition to her business and people development skills, Staff is an experienced evaluator. She has extensive experience and expertise in monitoring and evaluation, having led many key evaluation projects to assess program designs, implementation processes, results achievement, and returns on investment in the education sector. Major evaluations successfully completed include the training of 1220 ECD practitioners to acquire a Diploma in Grade R teaching program at National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 6, the evaluation of ECD curriculum of Learn not Burn program in Gauteng, the Ministerial flagship Career Advice Services project of the Department of Higher Education, and the Beacon of Hope initiative of the Telkom Foundation, to mention a few.

Robert Hofmeyr -COO
Robert is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with a demonstrated track record in public and private sectors, with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale projects. An alumnus of the University of Pretoria and the University of Witwatersrand, his academic credentials include a B.A. Degree, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Public and Development Sector Monitoring & Evaluation.
Starting his consulting career in 2004 with Uweso Consulting, Robert showcased his expertise in programme management during his tenure with MultiChoice Africa, where he steered a technology-driven teacher development programme. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Director: Administration at the Gauteng Department of Education, managing the office of the Deputy Director-General.
A seasoned project manager, Robert’s significant contributions include the successful management of a national network of Information Communication Technology (ICT) centres for MultiChoice South Africa and the development of the MultiChoice Resource Centre programme, an expansive network of over 5000 ICT resource centres across 28 countries.
Demonstrating his adaptability to evolving corporate needs, Robert was instrumental in 2018 in conceptualizing and rolling out the MultiChoice Talent Factory, a significant Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme. This multi-million US$ initiative comprises training academies, industry masterclasses, and a skills portal, aiming to bolster film skills development. Serving 14 key African countries from three regional hubs, the programme launched successfully within time and budget constraints.
